NightSnapp
Terms of service.
These Terms explain the rules for using NightSnapp, including eligibility, user conduct, content standards, paid features, and the limits of our service. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
NightSnapp is operated by Flightsnapp Inc., an Alberta, Canada corporation (“Flightsnapp,” “NightSnapp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using NightSnapp, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using similar services under applicable law
NightSnapp is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly permit minors to use the platform.
2. User Accounts
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Not impersonate another person
- Not create deceptive or duplicate accounts
You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
Flightsnapp Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
3. User Content
You may upload profile information, photos, messages, and other content (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading content, you grant Flightsnapp Inc. a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving NightSnapp during the time your content is available on the platform and for a reasonable period thereafter for backup, archival, or legal purposes.
You agree not to post:
- Nudity or sexually explicit content
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior
- Content involving minors
- Illegal material
- Fraudulent or misleading content
- Spam, unsolicited promotions, or commercial solicitations
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Flightsnapp Inc. reserves the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, review, investigate, remove, or restrict access to User Content at its sole discretion for purposes including trust & safety, policy enforcement, fraud prevention, service integrity, and compliance with applicable law.
You acknowledge that content transmitted through NightSnapp is stored on our servers and is not end-to-end encrypted. While we apply reasonable safeguards and limit internal access, you should not assume that any content shared through the platform is immune from review in circumstances described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Behavioral Matching & Algorithmic Systems
NightSnapp uses automated systems to analyze user-provided information and interaction patterns to generate compatibility suggestions.
You acknowledge that:
- Matching results are automated and probabilistic
- No compatibility, relationship, or outcome is guaranteed
- Psychological or compatibility assessments are voluntary
- These assessments are used solely for algorithmic matching purposes
- These assessments are not diagnostic and should not be relied upon for personal or professional decisions
- NightSnapp does not provide psychological, medical, therapeutic, or professional advice
5. Safety Disclaimer
NightSnapp does not:
- Conduct criminal background checks
- Verify user identities beyond basic authentication
- Guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information
You interact with other users at your own risk.
Flightsnapp Inc. is not responsible for user conduct, including off-platform interactions.
Always exercise caution when communicating or meeting in person.
Flightsnapp Inc. may cooperate with law enforcement authorities or comply with legal obligations when required, including by preserving or disclosing relevant information as permitted by applicable law.
6. Termination
Flightsnapp Inc. may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct
- We determine continued access poses risk to users or the platform
You may delete your account at any time.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
NightSnapp is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Flightsnapp Inc. makes no warranties regarding:
- Service availability
- Match quality or compatibility
- User behavior
- Platform reliability
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flightsnapp Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, personal injury, reputational harm, or loss resulting from:
- User interactions
- User-generated content
- Service interruptions
- Reliance on compatibility suggestions
Your use of NightSnapp is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flightsnapp Inc.'s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of NightSnapp shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to NightSnapp in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) CAD $100.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flightsnapp Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
- Your use of NightSnapp
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
- Your User Content or interactions with other users
10. In-App Purchases
If NightSnapp offers paid features or subscriptions, you agree to applicable billing terms presented at the time of purchase.
All purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
Disputes must be raised within 30 days.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of NightSnapp after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
